Is this the same as a full design service?
No. This is an advisory session. It helps you understand your best next step before committing to a full design package, approval drawings, or construction decisions.
Can the session fee be credited toward design services?
Yes. If you proceed with the full design package, the XCD $600 session fee may be credited toward your design services.
